Buying Wax Paper one box at a time works fine for a small café. It stops working the moment your kitchen starts moving through hundreds of sheets a week, and pricing that made sense at low volume suddenly doesn’t scale with how much you actually need.
At Deli Paper, we built our wholesale pricing around kitchens that have already outgrown that stage. This is how we approach bulk supply, and what UK buyers should expect from a supplier that actually understands volume.
Why bulk pricing should reward you, not punish you
Some suppliers treat every large order as a fresh negotiation, which leaves buyers renegotiating terms every time stock runs low. That’s not really wholesale — it’s retail pricing dressed up as a bigger box.
Our pricing improves as your order volume grows, and stays that way order after order. No quiet creep back up once the first delivery’s been made, and no surprises buried in the small print.
Logo paper that pays for itself
Logo Wax Paper turns a functional item into a piece of advertising you’d otherwise be paying for separately. Every wrap that leaves your counter carries your branding straight into a customer’s hands, at the exact moment they’re most engaged with your food.
We print using food-safe inks that hold up under grease and handling, so the branding still looks sharp by the time the wrap reaches the table or the end of a delivery ride.
Printed sheets built for volume, not just samples
Printed wax paper sheets need to perform the same way on batch one as they do on batch five hundred. That consistency is where a lot of cheaper suppliers quietly fall short, since a print run that looks great as a sample doesn’t always hold up once it’s scaled to full production.
We test every batch under genuine kitchen conditions before it ships, not just against a spec sheet, so what you order is exactly what turns up.
Branding that extends past the wrap itself
Branded food wrapping doesn’t need to stop at a single sheet type. We supply matching wax paper sheets, liners, and bags so the whole presentation feels consistent from the counter to the bag, rather than pieced together from three different suppliers with three different finishes.
Custom paper without the complicated process
Commissioning custom food paper shouldn’t take weeks of back and forth. Send us your logo, colours, and rough sizing, and our studio typically turns around a usable design within a couple of days. Once artwork is approved, reordering moves at the same pace as reordering plain stock.
A few things included with every custom order:
- Full-colour or single-colour printing
- Sizing cut to match your actual packaging
- Fast reorder turnaround once a design is on file
- Consistent quality across every reprint
Restaurant packaging that looks considered
Restaurant packaging branding matters most in the moments a customer’s actually looking — takeaway boxes, wraps, and liners that all carry the same identity rather than a mismatched pile of generic supplies. A kitchen that’s put thought into its plating usually notices when the wrapping doesn’t match that same standard.
Sandwiches need their own weight of paper
Custom sandwich paper needs a specific balance — enough grease resistance for fillings, light enough that it folds neatly without bulking out a bag. We stock sandwich-specific weights alongside our standard wax range, so one generic sheet isn’t stretched across every job on the menu.
What to check before switching suppliers
- Does pricing genuinely improve with volume, or does it creep back up?
- Is the stock certified for direct food contact under UK standards?
- How fast can a custom print run realistically turn around?
- Will quality stay consistent as your order size increases?
Where Deli Paper fits
We supply wholesale wax paper to kitchens, delis, and restaurants across the UK who need pricing and quality that scale together, not against each other. Every batch is certified, tested, and built to perform the same way order after order.
If your current supplier’s bulk pricing hasn’t actually felt like bulk pricing, it’s worth finding out what fair wholesale looks like.
